As a Microsoft CSP partner you are entitled to incentives. These can be rebates and/or co-op funds. These co-op funds are funds for learning, sales, marketing and other customer acquisition related activities. If you are entititled to co-op funds, you will need to claim the funds and provide proof of execution (for instance by providing third party invoices and examples of marketing materials used). To explain the planning, usage, and claiming of co-op funds Microsoft is organizing two 'Cooperative Marketing Fund (co-op) Office Hours' webinars in January:
Unused co-op funds
Microsoft announced in December that any co-op funds you haven't claimed before February 15, 2021 will automatically remain available for eligible co-op activities during the FY21 H2 usage period which runs from January 1 to June 30, 2021.
As usual you can check your available co-op funds and make claims for co-op funds though the Partner Center claims tool within 45 days of activity completion.
