Starting January 19, 2021, perpetual software licenses will be made available to all Microsoft partners via the Microsoft CSP program. Previously these software licenses were available via other programs, such as Open License and SPLA.
The addition of perpetual software licenses and the discontinuation of the Open License program opens up new business opportunities for Microsoft CSP partners.
